Last-Minute Booking: We gladly accept last-minute bookings but require a crucial Meet & Greet for mutual assurance and safety.
Payment: Services can be requested through our website, phone, or in-person consultation, with options for checks and online payments.
Household | Pet Supplies: Well-stocked pet supplies are appreciated, and clear communication on supply locations ensures efficiency during visits.
Cancellations: Life is unpredictable; please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations before the first scheduled visit.
Home Security:
Confidentiality: Client confidentiality is prioritized; sitters sign agreements to uphold this commitment.
Detailed Instructions: Clients are encouraged to provide detailed home security instructions, including alarm systems, key handling, and specific areas needing attention.
Key Pick-up and Return: Discuss and agree with our pet sitter on how the house key is picked up and returned.
New Locks/Codes: Keep us updated on changes during service reservation for a smooth and secure service experience.
Emergency Situations:

Client Consent: Clients provide consent for our team to make decisions in the pet's best interest during emergencies.
Emergency Contact Information: Clients provide necessary contact details to avoid responsibility for locksmith bills if needed.
Natural Disasters/Illness/Emergency: Prepare for unforeseen circumstances by providing a spare key to a nearby neighbor, and we go above and beyond in emergencies.
Weather Policies: Extreme weather may alter outdoor plans; we reserve the right to adjust services for your pet's well-being.
Code of Conduct:
Training and Professionalism: Our pet sitters undergo thorough training, committed to treating homes with respect and maintaining professionalism.
Zero Tolerance Policy: Reports of misconduct or inappropriate behavior are thoroughly investigated, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for actions compromising trust and safety.
Returning Home Early/Late: Timely communication is essential; inform your pet sitter immediately upon arrival. If delayed, visits will continue to avoid additional billing.
Guests Staying in Your Home: For privacy and comfort, we don't provide pet sitting services if family or guests are staying in the client's home during their absence.
Injury and Indemnification:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their pets' health, behavior, and special requirements.
Our pet sitter is not liable for injuries or property damage caused by the pet. Clients are responsible for medical bills if the pet injures the sitter.
Pets left out or with access to a yard are considered free-roaming. In cases of illness, injury, loss, or death, our Pet Sitter is not held liable. Pets are advised to wear ID tags and stay indoors for safety.
